ডেলিভারি শর্ত
প্রদত্ত ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা আনুমানিক। অবস্থান, কুরিয়ার সংস্থা বা অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে সৃষ্ট বিলম্বের জন্য YAMAAN দায়ী থাকবে না।
রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ
রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ শুধুমাত্র YAMAAN-এর প্রযোজ্য রিটার্ন নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী গ্রহণযোগ্য পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অধোয়া, অক্ষত এবং মূল ট্যাগ ও প্যাকেজিংসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে বৈধ প্রমাণপত্র প্রদর্শন করতে হতে পারে।
মেধাস্বত্ব অধিকার
ওয়েবসাইটের সকল কনটেন্ট, যেমন—লোগো, ডিজাইন, টেক্সট, ছবি, গ্রাফিক্স ও অন্যান্য উপাদান YAMAAN-এর একক সম্পত্তি। লিখিত অনুমতি ব্যতীত এসব উপাদান আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণভাবে ব্যবহার, কপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ বা বিতরণ করা আইনত দণ্ডনীয়।
